A striking ATOIR occasion gown featuring a sculptural ruby-red velvet bodice, double bow-style ruching, front cut-outs and a fitted black patterned mermaid skirt. The skirt hugs through the hips and knees before flaring into a dramatic high-low trumpet hem — intentionally shorter at the front to create movement and show the shoes.
